• • All items that the inmate may need must be purchased through Stellar at jailatm.com money may be added to their account through this website or from a kiosk, located in the Front Lobby of the Franklin County Security Center. You will need a valid account before you are able to add money through the website. The kiosk in the Front Lobby accepts cash and card.
• All inmates have an account already setup. You will need an Inmate’s name to add money on the kiosk.
