Commissary Information

• All items that the inmate may need must be purchased through dd vending www.ddvending.com money may be added to their account through this website or from a kiosk, located in the Front Lobby of the Franklin County Security Center. You will need a valid account before you are able to use the kiosk. The kiosk in the Front Lobby only accepts cash.

• All inmates have an account already setup. You will need an Inmate Number, or Inmate Name with DOB.
