If you’re considering joining our ranks

• Be able to type at least 35-40 words per minute (WPM.)
• Practice typing what you hear, as you hear it.
• Practice typing while you talk.
• Forget what you’ve seen in the movies, each communications center is different.
• Practice your listening skills, both active and passive listening in your daily life.
• Learn how to read a map, know your directions, and understand how to give directions.
